JOB POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are one of UAE’s leading Exchange Houses. We are looking for a dynamic
Business Development Manager with the following:
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have:
✓ A Bachelor’s degree in BA, Sales and Marketing, Business-related degree with 5 years or more of practical
experience. (MBA is an added advantage.).
✓ Excellent communication skills in English, in writing and speech. (Other languages is an added advantage).
✓ Well-versed in FINTECH and willing to travel abroad when/if required.
✓ Proven track record of a successful career in the business development field.
✓ Record of new business arrangements with new banks and products/services.
Key Role Responsibilities:
✓ Develop business growth strategies to expand our customer profile and oversee customer retention for
financial gain.
✓ Establish and maintain existing banking relationships both locally and internationally.
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs with in-depth knowledge of global business
products and value proposition.
✓ Research on the current global business trends for the identification of viable income streams.
Organize, attend business meetings with prospective clients and be accountable for new and existing client
proposals, contracts, etc. whilst following our company procedure.
Manage ad hoc business-related projects.
The applicant should be personally highly organized and
should not be afraid to take initiative and/or make decisions.
