Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Experience: 2 years or More in Restaurant Business is a must
Salary Range: 6000 – 7000 Depending on the Qualifications and Experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparation of F&B monthly, weekly costing reports.
Controlling the wastage and pilferage in the outlets, also responsible for increasing efficiency.
Creating, costing & updating the Recipes and their sub-recipes for the Central Kitchen.
Checking and verifying the LPO’s through the system. Doing Market Surveys for better pricing and control.
Preparing and Recommending changes based on Menu Engineering Report
Work closely with the Executive chef with various menu cost analysis projects.
Analyze and provide Average price report monthly and its impact on F&B cost and provide reports such as F&B comp, Staff meal, wastages, Impact of FOC value on cost.
To send Food cost reports to the management weekly and monthly and review through report analysis and discuss the reason for high and low food cost.
To conduct spot checks for Food and Beverage for all outlets and also do a spot check upon receiving items.
