Customer Service Agent

Manufacturing company based in Dubai looking for Customer Service Agent to join their team.
Job Responsibility
· Attend customer phone calls and inquiries in relation to price, general product information, order status, delivery status and sales returns.
. Process all sales orders and local purchase order from various online platforms in a timely and organized manner.
· Collect material from the store as per the invoice and pack with barcode.
· Handle customer complaints regarding issued materials, documents and delivery address, follow up and escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
· Coordinate with various departments and consistently follow up with various touch points until sales completion.
· Capture product photographs in an organized manner, coordinate with marketing department and on approval upload the images in various online portals.
· Maintain daily sales report to track all sales orders, processing, deliveries and reason for returns.
.Perform any others day to day duties as assigned by the Product Manager
Job Requirement 😮 Bachelors Degree from any reputed institute
· At least two (2) years’ experience in customer service and online sales or with the similar background from any reputed industry.
