– Assistant Finance ManagerDepartment
– Finance Industry
– Must be from Strata Management / Property Management / Owners Association Management background.JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES
-• Collaborate with the auditors for the com pletion of financial yearend audits.• Prepare consolidated VAT reconciliation report and filing it in Federal Tax Authority online.• Communicate with RERA for budget and other financial concerns.• Preparing the budget and get approval from auditor and RERA.• Compliance with RERA requirements and deadlines for submitted the financial reports and budgets. Prepared actual vs Budget / Forecast variance reports and analyzed the variance.• Check and verify utility refunds and adjust in the system as required.• Assist in the VAT audit requirements.• Check and verify supplier payments and payroll.• Verify payments made through the projects account and coordinate with the bank. Monitor spending patterns and budget for all projects.• Check and verify credit card payment summary reports.• Prepare financial reports as required by management, board or developer.• To maintain accounting / financial controls by preparing and recom mending policies and procedures. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.• Finalized and approve the financial audit for all projects.• Supervise the accounts and finance team to com plete all tasks and meet the deadlines.• Attend the board meetings to answer board members queries related to accounts and finance.• Coordinate with external auditor to com plete the audit for all projects.Accountant skills and experience required for the role are as follows
5-7 years accounting experience ERP knowledgeExcellent MS Excel capabilitiesRegional experienceSoft skills needed for the role are as follows
