Job Description

We are actively searching for HR & Admin Officer to join our HR team in Dubai-UAE. This type of candidate will have the following major tasks and responsibilities:
· Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
·Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
·Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
·Assist with performance management procedures.
·Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
·Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
·Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
·Assist with payroll and ad hoc HR projects.
The major requirements for the suitable candidate are:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related (essential).
· 2-4 years of professional working experience as HR Officer
· Exposure to UAE Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
·Effective HR admin and people management skills.
·Exposure to payroll practices.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Arabic & English is a MUST.
·Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
· Excellent organization and time management skills.
