Job Description

We are currently looking for an energetic, self-driven and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our growing environment. As the selected candidate your duties will include:

Supporting the recruitment process;
Producing offer letters and contracts;
Completing the new starter process including visa applications;
Processing visas and arranging medical examination;
Ensuring HR systems with candidate information.
Maintaining accurate attendance information including absence, sickness & holiday;
Preparation of payroll;
Process leavers; and
General administration.

To qualify, you will need:

Previous administration experience in a professional HR environment;
Strong IT skills;
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information;
Good verbal & written communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize workload; and
Ability to work to tight deadline in an ever changing environment.
