We at Sobha Group looking out to hire Collection Executive for our company.
No of positions required:
English Speaker : 2 nos
Chinese Speaker : 2 nos
Arabic Speaker : 2 nos
Key Responsibilities
1. Timely action on debt payments : Contact clients through Calls, Emails or in person meeting for collecting the outstanding payments. Maintain trustful relationships and ensure proper coordination with clients for timely payments.
2. Negotiate payment schedules & payment plans :Contact clients regarding due payment collections and provide information on various offers (advance payments)
3. Resolve customer queries :Coordinate with aligned departments & update clients on outstanding payments, late payment charges & handover details.
4. Reporting : Maintain the daily collections productivity reports to ascertain & address issues if any. Anticipate & recommend appropriate action plans to address the case.
5. Target Achievement: Achieve set collection targets adhering to the SOPs and SLAs
Skills & Exp. :
1.Bachelor Degree (Any Stream)
2.Real estate / Banking field experience is advantage for this role
3.Excellent in communication and negotiation skills
